Online Learning Options

If you would like to enroll in an online class, you will need to speak with your counselor.

Credit Recovery

If you have failed a course and would like to begin Credit Recovery you will need to visit with your counselor to discuss your options. 

Summer School

If you would like to do Summer School please contact your school counselor before school is out for the summer to discuss your options and get enrolled.

Sports Participation

Students may earn .5 credit (up to 2 seasons/1.0 credit) for a full season of participation in a school sponsored competitive sports program associated with and approved by the Utah High School Activities Association (UHSAA).  Talk to your Counselor for more information.

Grade Forgiveness

IMPORTANT GRADE REPLACEMENT INFORMATION

  • Concurrent enrollment courses are not eligible for grade replacement. 
  • A repeated course must be a comparable course of the same graduation requirement, and it is in the same department or CTE cluster.
  • Credit recovery courses DO NOT qualify as grade replacement.
  • At the time of enrolling in the comparable course, the student must declare intent to enroll in the course for the purpose of improving a course grade.
  • A student may choose to enroll in a comparable course through an online provider
  • A student may choose to enroll in a comparable course during the school year or the summer.
  • The student is responsible for any costs incurred to enroll in a repeated course
  • A charge of $75 per quarter grade will be applied when a student chooses to repeat a course for grade replacement.
  • No fee is required to update the student’s academic record.
  • Student grade and grade point average will reflect the student’s highest grade and exclude a lower grade.
  • Grades will appear chronologically on the transcript, but the student’s record should not otherwise indicate that the student repeated the course.
